Dismislab, an independent fact-checking and media research platform and a core initiative of Digitally Right, invites applications for the third cohort of Digital Verification Fellowship. This six-month paid fellowship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to real-world investigations into online information disorder.

This opportunity is open to graduate students and early-career individuals in Bangladesh who are interested in digital verification and disinformation research.

Key goals of the Fellowship:
- Explore how information flows across platforms and borders, shaping public perception both globally and locally.
- Dive deep into disinformation, misinformation, and malinformation — how they are produced, spread, and weaponized.
- Learn to verify online content using advanced techniques such as open-source intelligence (OSINT), digital forensics, and metadata analysis.
- Build skills to detect inauthentic behavior, narrative manipulation, state/non-state propaganda, and coordinated disinformation networks.
- Contribute to ongoing disinformation research, media monitoring, and critical digital investigations.
- High-performing fellows may be invited to join Dismislab in future projects or full-time roles.
